I am totally in love with Simon Tatham's puzzle collection.

(And yes, this is the same guy who made PuTTy)

I tend to obsessively attack a puzzle until I can solve anything it throws at me, and I start creating the custom puzzles of larger and larger sizes, until my phone is no longer able to generate a larger puzzle. Then it's on to the next one. Here are some of my victories.
