[Not signed]. $200" The $200 is obscured by old tape and probably is in Polish currancy not US dollars. Note full name is Ignaz Joel Pa.... See Wikipedia he was composer and a Prime Minister of Poland. (1919 - 1919) Born 1860 died 1941 in NY See next photo for family tie-in.
