They also have "31"stamped on back for 1931 George labeled this photo "Mommy has been Mrs. Jim for two yeas now: - The Akstons." I have in family tree that they were married in 1928 so it would have been 2 plus years in 1931.

"Jim with Paavo Nurmi Warsaw early thirties" Nurmi is the "Flying Finn" a Finnish super runner in the 20's. See next scan for an interesting article on him. Jim worked for GM and so he was likely to have a new GM car. This car looks like a 1931 or 1932 Chevrolet. So date this as 1931.
