Mom wrote on back "Howard Agnes Alice Roger December 1948" "D42" D42 was a processor stamp used on end of 1947 photos. So I beleive Mom is incorrect and this is Dec 1947. Furthermore the black on white license plate is more likely to be a Minnesota 1947 plate (although examples exist of 1948 plates like this) Also if you strain your eyes you might be able to faintly read 47 as part of Minnestoa 47 on bottom of plate. Dec 1947. |
