Dad and I drove around Alexandria July 5, 2010 to photograph places with family history. 320 E 7th Ave. Anderson Funeral Home. Albin, Ida and Al lived on second floor of house during one winter. They were custodians of Funeral Home. A hired girl lived on 3rd floor. Someone tried to swipe the Model A during that time. It was parked on street. After that he parked in garage of Elon Hanson (Alex Chief of Police) which was one block away. Put in 1939 |
