Red "115 B .... Dec 20 1939" Mom wrote on back "Somewhere in Oregon" but in album, Mom labeled it "Somewhere in Washington" Although Mom appears to have her geography somewhat mixed up by having photos out of order, my guess is that this really is Washington. Why? Because Washington is just across the Columbia River and is easy to reach. I suspect Mom went across the river just to be able to say she had been in Washington. She accidentally put Oregon on the back because when she first saw the photo it was in with other Oregon photos, but when she put the album together she remembered she had been in Washington. June 1939
