Dad labeled "8th Grade 1933 Vera Strandberg Spring picnic held at Ljung home on Lake LeHomme Dieu" See next photo for ID's. In the back row we have Carl Johnson on far left. Allen is second from right and his cousin Bryon Ljung is next to him on far right. Dad only identified a few of the mass of kids sitting down. He only mentions one Johnson girl - Helen might be the girl with glasses just in front of third from left standing boy, but I am dubious - I can't really find her). I think Warren Ljung (Bryon's brother) is boy seated in front row and in front of the third and fourth standing boy (boy looking off to his left).

This photo was loose in album along with the following Commencement Program. The program was in an envelope labeled by Dad "Rural Grads 1933 8th Grd." Dad gave no identifications, but Allen is clearly the 6th boy from the right in the front row of kneeling boys. Carl Johnson is the 7th boy right next to Dad. June 30, 1933

Dad wrote onback "Probably Strandberg family He would be brother of Elvy Axman's father boys would be Clarence & " I believe this is John and Anna Strandberg with Clarence and Kenneth. John Strandberg and Olaf Standberg are children of Britta Person. Britta is a sister of John Ljung who stayed in Sweden. Olaf is the father of Elvy Strandberg Axman. To be consistent with 2 other Standberg photos this is about 1933.
