Dad labeled "1931 6th Grade Vera Strandberg" See ZL4 275 (next photo) for Dad's ID's. Allen is fourth from left in second row (boy with glasses) Carl Johnson is two to the right of Dad. The teacher is far right top row. Helen Johnson is third from left in front row. Mildred Johnson is probably the girl in 3rd row second from left end. Anna Johnson is 3rd from left in back row. Missing Johnson girls are Agnus, and Margaret (Lorraine maybe hasn't started school yet) Also Edythe is missing. Spring 1931.

Irene must be in photo, maybe the seventh seated girl from right - with a "Beatles" haircut looking to her left. That matches Irene's hair in 1924. Put in 1924 and also with other Nelson school documents in 1931.

No info. But this is Allen and possibly Marie Peterson. My guess is that Dad built the ship model. Note this is first photo of Dad with glasses. In Liberty School photos Dad first has glasses in 1931. Assume 1931.

Dad wrote on back "Mildred Erickson Gust Erickson family" Mildred's mother is Christine Severson - a sister to Mary. Thus Mildred is a cousin to Albin. She was born about 1911 so guess 1931.

See ZL99 251 for Dad's notes on back. Note X indicates someone Dad didn't recognize. Irene is 3rd in front row. Anna Johnson is 5th in front. Pearl Anderson is 4th in middle and Edythe Erickson is 5th in middle. Pastor Ording in middle Irene's confirmation class About May 1931.

Someone wrote on back "Clara P (L) Marie Alice P. (R)" Dad adds that all three are Peterson's. He also adds in next photo that Alice and Clara are daughters of John Peterson of Belle River Twp. My guess is that John Peterson is a brother to S.P.O. Peterson and that these tree are cousins. However only Marie would be a relative of ours in that case. From Marie's age assume 1931.

Someone wrote on back "Marie P. Ethel Pet." Dad labeled it Marie and Alice. I believe Dad is incorrect. It is Marie on left, but person on right does not look like Alice in previous picture (ZL4 222). Note glasses etc. I am assuming she is Ethel Peterson who may be a sister to Clara and Alice in previous picture. Assume 1931
