Dad labeled "4th Grade Rose Johnson Spring '29" See ZL4 270 for identification. We have Allen first row 6th from left end (hands behind back). Byron Ljung (son of Emery Ljung) is 7th just next to Dad. Carl Johnson is front row second from right end. Helen Johnson is second row fifth from right end (dark hair no glasses). The third row counting from right end is Mildred (not Margaret she probably starts school next year )Johnson, Agnus Johnson, Gahlon girl, Anna Johnson. Edythe Erickson is in back row third from left between a boy and a girl. The teacher Rose Johnson is top right looking to her right. Spring 1929.

Dad labeled Helen Schelin on left" Helen is Dad's cousin. No ID on person on right. Someone has written on back 'April 9, 1929" The April and 9 in 1929 were covered with remnants of old album, but I think they are correct. So April 9, 1929. However, if this is Minnesota I doubt it is April 9 (too many leaves on trees).

Dad labeled "Elmer Larsons and Ljungs" I think the order left to right is Albin, Elmera, Evie, Allen, Ida Ljung, Ida Larson, Elmer Larson. See also ZL99 310. Assume 1929 (car looks new)

No info. Clearly same time as ZL4 251. However there is an unidentified boy (3rd from left). Not part of either family? Order is, Elmera, Evie, ?,Allen, Ida Larson, Albin,Elmer Larson.

Dad labeled "Elmyra Larson" The car is a 1928 or 1929 Model A. The car does not have a 1928 black on white plate, but appears to have a 1929 white on black plate. Judging from age of Elmyra I would say this is 1929

Dad labeled "Albin mixing cement for Herman Swenson barn - his was the first mechanical cement mixer in Alex area "Sheldon patented mixer"" If you google Sheldon Cement mixer you learn they were made mostly in the early 1920's. Albin running mixer. Albin built this barn in 1929 (see newspaper article etc)

No info, but the cement mixer is Albin's I don't recodgnize any of crew, although I supose it could be Allen sitting on left. Also don't recognize barn. Put with other photo of mixer in 1929

Dad labeled "Albin Ljung building Pasturizing plant for Herman Swenson" No date information. I am putting it in 1929. That is the year Dad says that Albin built the barn that can be partly seen behind this building. Albin could be the man on right, but he looks a bit bigger than Albin so not sure. 1929.
