Dad labeled "Third Grade - Rose Johnson Spring 28" Seee ZL4 265 and 266 for identification. I believe Edythe Erickson is girl in upper left with a dark dress, The teacher Rose has hat in middle of top row. Anna Johnson is leaning down on left side to get her sister Lorraine to turn around. Margaret Johnson is in front left next to her sisters. Agnes Johnson is to the right of her sister Anna. Helen Johnson may be the girl in center of first row with her hands clasped.. Observe the boy in second row over on right with his mouth open - don't know him, but Allen is just to the left and behind him. Carl Johnson is the boy at right end of second row just to right of gaping mouth. Lorraine and Margaret probably did not really go to school there yet (aged 4 and 5) but my guess is they were there with their sisters for the picnic. Spring 1928

Dad labeled "Picnic Day about 1929 Jennie Johnson Hattie Peterson Ida Ljung Amanda Nelson ?" I spent some time trying to figure out which year. It is not 1927 since Ida's dress is different. The photo of kids in 1929 shows kids dressed warmly and this photo shows kids in back playing without coats. It could be 1928 or 1930. I looked for the girl in back with a "grey" dress but can't find her anywhere. Assume spring 1928.
