We came up with the brilliant idea of having a cupcake bar, so we could handle all the different food needs for everyone. We spent part of the wedding prep week prior making many dozens of cupcakes, some dairy free, some chocolate, some vegan, some gluten free, and then we made a variety of frostings and plenty of toppings as well.
