At the meeting we explained that some people had been confused about how the Late Night count works. Last night, many people had been sitting around waiting for the late night count, only to leave immediately after it was taken. So we made a little video.

After the video I took out my late night count sheets and explained that we had taken a late night count at 6am and 40 people were there. I looked at the sheet, crumpled it up, and then explained that we had taken the count again at 6:10am when there were only 10 or so people left.

There was a grumbling in the audience...
