Okay, so, seriously now,
City Museum
in St. Louis is just about the coolest frickin' thing ever.
To call it an "adult playground" would be undermining it's immense
power of incredible fantasy that it doles out (not to mention that
the phrase "adult playground" sounds a bit kinky).
The name "City Museum" is a misnomer, because the museum is neither
owned by the City nor a museum.

hanging from the ceiling. My wallet fell out and almost beaned some kids 30 feet below. I'm told the City Museum gets occasional lawsuits, bless their souls for staying open anyways and screw Americans and their silly litigious nature. ( comments)

We find a slide

that's a few stories in the air when we play in "MonstroCity" the outdoor park. ( comments)

We start climbing around
another structure, and Haley and Jen go in a different direction. ( comments)

Another slide outside
goes faster, and I follow Haley, then Jen comes down after me. What looks like a collision at the end is just me being clumsy and clonking my head into a bar. [Video, 30.1M] ( comments)

Then we enter the Enchanted Caves,
Haley notices the underground but first we play for a while on the upper floors ( comments)

Jen climbs up a steel sculpture
looking up the top half of the enchanted caves. One of those spiral circular things you see is a slide from the third floor down to a little cavern! ( comments)

We go down into the abyss of the basement.
